What (in your opinion) is the best home exercise program available?
A few weeks ago my wife purchased the BeachBody Slim in 6 program. We’re going through it together, in hopes that it will give us some decent results. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this program, and if so, what they think about it, as well as other programs out there that we should possibly look into. It seems gimmicky so I’m a little skeptical, but we’re giving it an honest shot. Thanks folks!
